“Nice downtown place”
The location is the best, close to everything. Breakfast was not the best and our room was not cleaned once for 4 nights
It’s a decent no‑frills hotel, but the price feels high; downtown Chicago is a factor, so I’d give it a 7.0/10.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable, but the housekeeping never cleaned or made the bed or replaced towels during my stay, even though I asked for it. The water pressure was weak, the breakfast was awful—no cheese, no sausage, no vegetables, and the plates were paper.
