The manager was very kind and helpful, but the building is old, cluttered, and cramped, with two occupants occupying all the shared spaces—including towels and other personal items—so the supposedly private bathroom is actually a shared, moldy space.

The location was great for a concert at the Visarno Arena, only 20 minutes on foot from the Parco delle Cascine, but calling it a B&B is misleading; it’s a room rental and should be marketed as such, especially from a price perspective.

“Non lo consiglio”

The location was good, and the fridge in the corridor had water service. Breakfast at the downstairs bar was nice and the staff were very friendly. The room was dirty, the curtains were black, there were no mosquito nets, and it was unbearably hot; we had to keep the window closed because the mosquitoes attacked us. The street noise was deafening, towels smelled bad, the bathroom was shared and in terrible condition. Personal items were found in the used toothbrush holder, including a disposable razor. The toilet paper dispenser was old and broken, the curtain box was dirty and damaged. They also used our towels and bathrobes. Privacy was non-existent; the room had no external key, so anyone could enter even after the manager, who claimed it was impossible, was always present. I would not recommend this place and will never return.

The staff member Marco was friendly. However, despite his friendliness, the property failed to meet basic standards of comfort, hygiene, security, and privacy that justify its price. The sheets were dirty, you couldn’t lock the room when leaving your belongings inside, shared bathroom had other people’s toiletries, privacy was lacking, and a folded stationary bike in the closet where you supposedly hang your clothes was present.

Absolutely nothing good. Everything was bad.
