Fairlight Beach House, situated 20 metres from Umdloti's swimming beach, features an outdoor pool and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Rooms and suites offer a TV, minibar, and private bathroom, with most overlooking the Indian Ocean. A poolside breakfast buffet is served, and nearby restaurants and cafés are a 5-minute walk away, with King Shaka International Airport 10 minutes away.

The breakfast was excellent, just across the street and you’re right by the beach and water. Towels are available separately, and you can walk into town at night. It was our second stay and we’d love to come back again.

The atmosphere is beautiful, the location fantastic, the staff super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great. The room, especially the bathroom, could have been cleaned a bit better—there were still hairs from the previous day in the shower.
