The staff at check‑in were very kind and helpful, but there were too many stairs; even though there was an elevator, we chose to walk two floors with luggage, which was a bit inconvenient. We also found a hair in the sheets that wasn’t ours… small details that can make a tourist’s stay better.

Very quiet and clean, but I didn’t realize it was a split apartment.

The bathroom is small but the best part. When we arrived, I started calling the house lady and she didn’t answer the phone. With prior notice of arrival, we had to talk to some neighbors and we all went up the floor and, after knocking, the daughter came out. We entered the room and then found the wardrobe full of her clothes; we had to remove them because we didn’t agree to leave them there. She had the entire view to charge the stay and claim that we were not supposed to stay in the room because the family lives there too. There was no cleaning during the days we were there.
