The hotel restaurant "Henry" is nicely set up, but that was the extent of the friendliness in the hotel. The staff are indifferent and unfriendly. The food is reheated, low quality, and outrageously overpriced! Overall, a complete failure in quality and service. The hotel seems to focus on corporate, party, and other meetings. Clearly, hikers are not welcome there. Unfortunately, we were misled by the hotel's website and fell for it! It remains by far the worst experience on the entire Heidschnuckenweg.
