“Et kaotisk og skuffende ophold præget af dårlig service, overbooking og madforgiftning.”
We booked Aris Paradise Beach Hotel for our August vacation in May 2025—two adults and our 6‑year‑old daughter. On arrival they couldn’t locate our reservation despite confirmation. After hours of confusion and calls they discovered they’d assigned our room to another guest because the hotel was overbooked. Their “solution” was to send us to another hotel for one night, which they would cover plus a taxi. We accepted because our daughter was exhausted. That hotel was deserted, only one receptionist, no guests, no working air‑conditioning, and extremely dirty—totally unsuitable for a stay. The next day we finally got a room at Aris Paradise, though not the one we’d booked. We tried to make the best of it; our daughter enjoyed the pool, and we chatted with other guests who reported the same treatment and food poisoning. Two days later we fell ill—nausea, vomiting, fever. My wife saw a doctor who confirmed food poisoning. I immediately requested a refund so we could find another hotel. They opened a case, but the hotel refused to reimburse anything. We stayed but avoided all food and drinks at the hotel, even though we paid for all‑inclusive; it felt unsafe and wasteful. Overall, a terrible experience marked by chaos, poor communication, and lack of responsibility. I can’t recommend this hotel and won’t book with Aris Hotels again. It seems to be a widespread issue, not a one‑off.
