No positives. The location is difficult to reach, rooms are dirty, equipment is minimal and low quality – small blanket, hard sheet that scratches the skin.

A spacious bungalow with a nice, clean bathroom, a good pool, and the beach and sea very close. Very quiet. The nearest eating place is at least 1 km away, and there are no other tourist activities within a short distance.

The mattress was comfortable and the fridge was big. It’s close to the beach and the AC is powerful. The owners are very nice and welcoming. The overhead light in the bedroom blew out and the wall switch sparked, leaving only a small bedside lamp. Maintenance is a bit lacking – I love the hot shower water and the shower heads, but the sliding glass door was removed this year. There’s no duvet or top sheet, but the fuzzy blanket looks freshly laundered.
We booked a family bungalow with two bedrooms, a living area and a veranda, but the second bedroom was locked because we were only two people and they wanted to save linen. When we asked to open it, the manager demanded an extra 200‑300 Baht; only after we protested and repeatedly pointed out that we had booked a two‑bedroom unit did she finally open it for free. There was no living area, no TV, no seating, and no dining table. Asking where the TV was, we were told the antenna had broken long ago. There was no kettle, coffee or tea supplies, no cleaning products, and no fan. The veranda was unusable before 15‑16 o’clock because it was in direct sun, and the staff simply said it was hot. We had booked seven nights but moved out after the first night and are now demanding a refund of 9 500 THB (6 × 1 500). The resort has not responded at all.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the room, pool area, and common spaces were spotless and clean. It was quiet and peaceful, but the location is remote and you’ll need a car to get around. The beach area is quite long, dirty, and full of trash – that’s not the hotel’s fault, and they can’t do anything about it.
