The room wasn't as clean as it had been on my first visit.
It was quiet and clean, had a secure parking spot for the car, Mr Emir at reception was very friendly and helpful, thanks! Unfortunately it smelled of cigarettes, probably circulated through the ventilation.
I recently stayed at the Mardy Hotel with my family and wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The customer service was excellent, especially from the reception team, who made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Thank you for the great hospitality — we really enjoyed our stay

I liked that I was checked in at 6am, the staff were very friendly and helped me print documents and plane tickets; my car was parked in the hotel parking, which has a gate but enough spots, and shops, cafés and a bus stop are all nearby—if you need a hotel with parking in this area, I recommend it. The fridge was small.
