“Everything was looked at when we complained. Not front desks fault.”
The beds were super comfy, but the room left a lot to be desired – I found an old baby bottle in the fridge, shelves were filthy, the carpet needed vacuuming and washing, and it seemed like no supervisor was checking rooms after cleaning.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient for the White River Amphitheater, but the people above us were noisy and heavy‑footed. The Wi‑Fi code wasn’t on the key‑card sleeve as promised, and although the online schedule said the pool closed at 10, the desk clerk mentioned it stayed open later for adult swim only – I would have brought a swimsuit if I’d known.
Check‑in and check‑out were fast and easy, and the staff at Best Western – Auburn, WA were appreciated. There was nothing to dislike – thank you!
