Nothing is genuine; it’s a fraud. Rob took my money. The hotel is completely fake—no matching address, no matching room, no real location. They took my money and didn't refund me; I’ve complained.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff were available, friendly, and helpful, the à la carte meals were excellent, the mountain location superb, and the parking was managed by the hotel. The only issue was the humidity in the room in April.
