Salt Lake Residency in Kolkata offered excellent service and a very pleasant stay. The staff were courteous, cooperative, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it a perfect place for both business and leisure. I was truly satisfied with the hospitality and highly recommend it.

I didn't find anything worth mentioning, everything was disappointing.

The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfy, bathrooms stayed spotless, and the location fit my needs even though it was in a residential zone. The manager’s attitude felt a bit brusque, yet he was otherwise helpful and opened the door promptly for my early‑morning exit, and the rest of the staff was accommodating.

The room and washroom were clean, but the overall stay was just average; they should offer complimentary drinking water instead of forcing us to buy it.
