The continental breakfast was nice, and I liked eating outside; the staff were very helpful.

The girl at the desk was friendly, professional, and helped us when we had to switch rooms. We had to move because our original room had no air conditioning, the lamp didn’t work, and the outlet by the mirror wouldn’t hold the plug. The carpet was very old, and we had to climb stairs with almost no handrails—only the first few steps had a rail on the left, then we had to switch to a rail on the right.
