The location was convenient, yet parking was outside, the toilet was unclean, there was no toilet paper, the handwash soap bottle was broken, there was no place to store luggage, no table was large enough, breakfast service was delayed, the AC was not switched on for a long time, staff coordination was lacking, restaurant staff told us to go to the hall but we didn’t know where it was, a staff member escorted us to a different place that was not the hall, and we were then asked to go to the hall again, which was confusing and showed complete mismanagement and a lack of respect for guests.

I appreciate the amenities and the service from the staff and management; the food is decent, it’s very affordable, and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
