The view was excellent, the room clean and modern. Breakfast felt very Japanese with three kinds of soup, but the lobby tables were a bit crowded and almost everything else—noodles, sausages, omelette—arrived cold except the soup. A bike rental spot was only 50 m away, which was really convenient.

The udon was delicious 😋🍴💕, but the air‑conditioner fins were dusty and the shower head was dirty. Even though it was a double room, there was only one chair.

The hotel sits right in front of Marugame Station, within walking distance of a lively shopping street full of restaurants, making sightseeing convenient. From the window you could see Seto Ohashi Bridge, Marugame Station, and Marugame Castle—an excellent view from a compact room that still had a table and chair for convenience. In the evening, udon was served, but it sold out after only 30 minutes. Breakfast was simple, and there were lunch boxes ready for take‑out. The room was a queen, but the bed was barely large enough for a low‑grade child and two adults.
