The staff were really polite and helpful, which was a great start to our stay. The food was a pleasant surprise - we ordered a few things and everything was good. However, the room was a bit cramped with three people staying in it, could have been bigger. Overall, a solid experience but room size was a drawback.

The room was a good size, which was a plus, but unfortunately, that was about it. The food was pretty bad, and the location was in a dark and not great area. Also, there were no door locks in my room, which was a safety concern. For the high rent, I expected more, so it wasn't worth it.

Room service was painfully slow, which was a bit of a letdown. That's pretty much the only thing that went wrong, but it was a big one.

The location was spot on, perfect for getting around. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to expectations.

The location, room, and view were all great, but the washroom was dirty, which was a bummer.
