The structure was clean, the room was above average in size and even came with toilet paper—a non‑standard feature! The location was tucked away and quiet, close to the ghat, the main road, and major attractions reachable on foot in twenty minutes. Mini‑markets were nearby, and the hotel had a partnership with a restaurant offering good and plentiful meals. Prices were great for both airport transfers and boat tours. The welcome was warm and friendly. One suggestion: improve the terrace—small tweaks would make it perfect, even though it already offers a relaxing moment. Otherwise everything was fine!

The stay was excellent; everything else was perfect. The staff were very helpful people. The only issue was that they only turned on the AC during summer, even though the room booking mentioned AC—it's only for summer.

The staff were very welcoming and warm. My mother had a cold, so they made sure she had plenty of hot ginger tea. They took care of all our needs and requirements, helped my parents with cabs, autos, and other things. The hotel and its supportive staff were very good. 5 out of 5.
