The only positives were that the pool closed at 22.00 and it was just 50 steps from the center. The negatives were that the extra building was bad, the room was too small even for two people, and the bathrooms in both the main and extra buildings were awful. We had booked in the extra building, disliked it, and then paid a price difference to move to the main building’s pool‑area.

The floor was dirty and the place was not clean; we stayed elsewhere and the photos show a different building.

A few staff members were friendly and the location was good. However, there was no elevator, and we were assigned two rooms on the 4th floor. We had to carry our luggage ourselves at both check‑in and check‑out, which was very hard. Moving four suitcases, each 15–18 kg, up and down the stairs was a major struggle. The bathroom was extremely small, barely enough space to bathe comfortably.
