I’m deeply grateful to the staff for their kindness and hospitality. After a nasty incident at my previous lodging, I had to find a place overnight, so I booked here and arrived around 3 am. Despite the hour, the team greeted me warmly, helped with luggage, and ensured I had everything I needed. The room was spotless and comfortable, the bed was very cozy, and everything was well set up. What truly impressed me was the staff’s generosity: when I struggled to pay by card, the receptionist went out of his way to assist, even escorting me to an ATM so I could sort it out. I appreciated that especially after a stressful night. Everyone I met was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, making me feel safe from the moment I arrived. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasant stay. First, it was fairly inexpensive; the day before I stayed in an Airbnb that cost much more for a modest setup, and other options on the platform were also less appealing. Second, the location was relatively good—though the hotel sits in a private area, Yerevan’s courtyards can be nice, the overall setting was comfortable and quiet. Third, the staff were excellent; the owners were pleasant to talk to, attentive to guests, and generally cooperative on many issues. Fourth, the room was clean and uncomplicated—no bad mattresses or stains. The only quirks were a noisy mini‑fridge that I unplugged, and a unique shower system that initially seemed off until I discovered the correct button.

Отличный отель в центре Еревана. Очень чистые и уютные номера, удобные кровати и приятная атмосфера. Персонал дружелюбный, всегда готов помочь. Хорошее расположение, рядом основные достопримечательности, кафе и магазины. Соотношение цены и качества превосходное. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова и рекомендую всем, кто планирует посетить Ереван
