Breakfast was sensational. The rooms, even the Deluxe ones, were very small.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, simple breakfast. The room was clean and tidy. The shower was poorly designed and the hot water was unstable.

A very new hotel with friendly staff, a beautiful garden with a terrace, and two separate bedrooms for us and the children. The only thing to mention is the somewhat cramped shower, but that's just a detail.

Very clean, modern hotel with great architecture and beautiful Albanian art throughout. We ran into a payment problem: we were double‑charged on the credit card, the hotel admitted the mistake but then oddly demanded extra cash, which we refused. It took more than a month to sort it out because the management wouldn’t reverse the overcharge, so I had to involve my credit card company. We had two rooms, and the air conditioning in both was not working. The bathrooms flooded easily due to the odd placement of the toilet and shower.

The hotel was beautifully designed, very stylish, and the breakfast was good. The waiter was friendly. There was no spa, the rooms were small, the bathroom was nice but not practical.
