The hotel is new and sits in a fantastic spot with a popular bar, but I didn’t know about the construction outside until I arrived—something the hotel should have warned me about, especially since it’s been going on for months and could take up to 12 months or longer to finish.

The staff on duty delivered great service.

No breakfast was included, but the downstairs bar had a great vibe, and the rooms were small yet well appointed and funky, offering good value in a prime location. I was disappointed that the rooftop lounge was closed for another event at the time, and the pool was out of order one day.

I appreciated the unusual creative touch, though the entrances could be more prominent.
