The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. However, the room was a bit of a letdown - there was no couch, which would've been nice to lounge on. Still, the location made up for it.

“Happy would definitely stay again”

The hotel's breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. Our room was spotless, and Sophia at the front desk was a huge help in getting us parking. If I'm being picky, I'd say the pillows could be improved, but overall, it was a great stay.

“Won't book here again”

We had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it was a total disaster from the start. We arrived to find out that our car, a perfectly normal Rav4, was too big for their parking lot - no warning about this at booking, by the way. To make matters worse, our room wasn't ready, the beds hadn't been arranged as requested, and we were already exhausted from a long, emotional day. It was the final straw, and we asked for a refund and left.
