There were plenty of parking spots, the shower pressure was strong, and the shampoo and body wash were plentiful. The bed was fairly comfortable. The biggest issue was the host’s slow and unhelpful responses; I often received no reply after asking questions. I was already worried before arrival, so I called the UK official line with a Korean SIM to sort things out, but ten minutes later my call minutes were exhausted and I could no longer use the SIM for emergencies—who is responsible for that? If the host had responded, I wouldn’t have felt the money was wasted. Second, the room had many flies and poor hygiene; the biggest surprise was the lack of a toilet‑clearing tool. We didn’t flush paper, but after a normal bowel movement the toilet clogged. We drove a few kilometres to buy a clearing tool and used it ourselves—perhaps that should be provided. There was no washing machine, and the lack of hangers was inconvenient. I hope the official takes this seriously and the host improves management instead of shifting blame.
