It was in a noisy area and there was a night‑time business next door, so it was very loud at night.

The place was well‑located, but the room was infested with cockroaches and we had to leave. The hygiene was terrible and the staff even deleted our messages so they wouldn’t refund us.

◯メッセージでのやり取りについて スタッフ（受付）がいない、ということで不安だったのですがレスポンスが早く、当日の疑問に詳しく答えてくださり助かりました。 ◯設備及び周辺の立地について キッチンや、歯磨きなどの最低限のアメニティはしっかり存在しており、コンビニや薬局も近いので快適な過ごせました。 また、ベッドやソファも（私らが体験する限り）清潔で、道頓堀の騒音も時期のせいか気にならなかったです。. ３人以上は流石に無理があるかなとは思います。 ソファはエアコンにがっつり当たる位置ですし、逆に和室（敷布団）は寝やすく、環境に大きな違いがあるかもです。 ソファで寝る際は箪笥から毛布が必須かもです（夏にエアコンないのも死ぬので）。 シャワーあるならバスタオルも欲しいなと思いました。 あとは旅行の際の荷物置きにはできないのは(チェックアウトの関係や事前説明があるとはいえ)不便と感じました。

The location was amazing, the room was spacious, and the toilet, bath, and washing machine were inside the room! The only hassle was getting the key from the mailbox and then getting into the room.
