“Disappointing doesn't cover it. Too expensive, Zero quality.”
The place sits in a solid spot and the front desk people were friendly enough. The toilet was disgusting 🫣, and the shower wouldn’t drain, which was gross. The rooms had no insulation at all; you could hear everything everywhere, making it hard to sleep or relax. Trash pickup was extremely loud every morning around 4 or 5 am, and we weren’t warned about it when we checked in. The water never got hot. We bought swimsuits only to discover that the pool and hot tub were “out of order” after we had just asked if they were open about 30 minutes earlier. The bar/restaurant staff were extremely rude to anyone who wasn’t drinking alcohol, so we spent our money elsewhere. There were multiple vending signs but no vending machines, and the grab‑and‑go selection was limited unless you wanted a candy bar. Even though the location was great, the property was poor and the price was way too high for zero quality. We’ll stay at another hotel in the area next time. Even the Super 8 was in better condition. This hotel does not live up to the Hilton Garden name.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's lovely amenities and modern facilities, which made my stay truly enjoyable. Although the weather outside was quite cold, the hotel itself was exceptional in every way. The amenities and facilities were top-notch, and I appreciated the comfort they provided.

The beds were terrible, very hard and uncomfortable for the price. Hilton changed the room to a comfortable mattress, but it was still seeded.

I was pleased to find that the hotel was well maintained, but I was slightly let down when I discovered that the staff hadn't prepared breakfast on one morning during my stay. Despite this, I appreciated the overall upkeep of the hotel. The maintenance was clearly a priority, but the breakfast mishap was a bit of an inconvenience.
