The welcome was warm. The owner drove us to the bus stop. The location was poorly described on Booking; the hotel isn’t in the city center and is very badly situated (check the address on Google Maps for the correct location). It’s nothing like the photos. The sheets were torn, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned (hair on the floor, chewing‑gum in the sink), and there was no water in the sink. Passable for a one‑night stay.

The location is okay, in central Medan. The service is poor. First, no one speaks or reads English, and even Google Translate didn’t help. The room was not at all like the photo in the listing. The bathroom was dirty, the sheets were blood‑stained, and the furniture was damaged. There was a TV, but nothing worked. The room was on the third floor and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.
