The hotel surpassed every expectation with its prime location, comfortable rooms, modern high‑quality amenities, attentive staff, immaculate cleanliness, and overall tranquility—especially the individual pools, which are a real highlight. However, some rooms face north and the individual pools lack sunlight, making it hard to enjoy them. The evenings also feel under‑developed and fail to capture the musical moments.

The reception staff upgraded us to a sea‑view suite with an in‑room pool. The hotel is just a 10‑minute walk from the harbor, a big plus for those sailing to Bourdum. Breakfast, however, needs improvement.

The private pool and terrace view were stunning, and the room itself was lovely; the hotel’s architecture stood out. On the downside, our room was infested with ants, and one day it wasn’t cleaned at all. Breakfast felt repetitive and sometimes stale, and the in‑room speakers were a poor idea—guests didn’t use them considerately, creating unnecessary noise.

The hotel has a nice design and friendly beach staff, and many restaurants lie within a 15‑minute radius. Yet you pay a hefty surcharge for a “private pool” that is really just a swim‑up pool; you’re only separated from the neighbor by a screen, and the pool and north‑side terrace receive no sunlight, leaving the water brutally cold. We could have saved the extra fee since we stayed only on the beach. Fridays and Saturdays until 3 a.m. bring loud music from a nearby beach bar. The staff are largely superficial. I requested a room change (even for an extra fee), but it was denied; the manager promised to handle it and would contact me, yet we’re still waiting two weeks after the holiday. I would not book here again—value for money is far from good.

Almost all. The air conditioning broke (it was promptly fixed). The flashing LED on the fire alarm broke and was repaired with black tape. That shouldn't happen in a new hotel. Everything else was perfect: the staff in the lounge, on the beach, and in the rooms, the front desk, and the housekeeping
