The hotel is great, staff are very friendly, and the spa was amazing. Some of the staff didn’t speak English, but we managed either with a translation app or by having them call in a colleague.

The room, location, and breakfast were all top notch. The big spa pool is great, but the price of massages has shot up; it used to be very affordable for someone from Western Europe, now it’s more expensive than in Europe. Even though I can afford it, I don’t pay that price for a massage – it’s cheaper in Brussels.

SPA, breakfast and rooms are good. The location isn’t especially easy to reach without a car, and there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the room, which isn’t great for a 5‑star hotel.
