The breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of variety and homemade breads. The rooms were great, service was perfect, and the location was ideal.

“Decepção, pessima experiencia.”

The location and room were fine, but check‑in was slow, the key machine had issues, and we had to rely on staff to access the room each time. The air‑conditioner in our room didn't work, so on the second day we asked for a room change because of the lack of AC. We went down with our luggage to the front desk (which was slow and impatient), cut the line, and asked to be told when the new room was ready. Later, with my family and luggage, we returned to the room. It was past 21:30 and we were exhausted, so they again asked us to go down with our luggage and completed the swap. When we arrived in the new room, the extra bed for our child was missing, so we had to request it and wait. Overall, the service level does not match the hotel's standard. Also, the breakfast price of 134,00 per person is extremely high. P.S. We arrived on Friday and left on Sunday; the key machine still wasn't working. I've traveled for work weekly for the last 10 years and never encountered this; any 3‑star hotel offers faster, more efficient check‑in.
