Paragon Tower Hotel

“Old hotel but perfectly serve its purpose to us.”

Stayed as a family of 4. The rooms are spacious. Near to coffee shops and convenient stores. Walking distance to Robinson’s place. Very good place to stay when scheduled for medical exam in St. Lukes Extension clinic and interview at the US embassy. Establishment is old

The hotel sits right next to a neat, convenient store that’s easy to reach after we check in.

We booked rooms here twice for our family, and each time the experience was amazing. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and the customer service made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel is clean, affordable, and well maintained, offering great value for the price. The only thing we’d suggest is adding a breakfast buffet, because my family loves having a variety of options in the morning. With that, the experience would be even better! Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, budget‑friendly place with outstanding service, and we’ll definitely book again.

It’s a good place, though we’ve found better options elsewhere.

We booked a room with breakfast, but the staff told us there was no breakfast available. When we checked out, I was using the bathroom staff in the lobby and accidentally left my cellphone in the toilet. By that point we were already heading to the airport. I called the receptionist, who denied any loss and told me to check my luggage, but I knew I had left it in the bathroom. The receptionist later called me back and asked if I could check my bag again. My daughter called my number and they answered, and I told them that it was my phone. They claimed their staff found the phone in the toilet, but initially they denied it, so I’m still puzzled why they denied it at first.
