Room, services, comfort, and the entire staff’s attention were all 10/10. We’ll definitely come back soon. The hospitality and exceptional service from the team we met—especially Viole, Coni, Pato and Andrés—were outstanding, super professional and kind from our first contact until after we left.

The comfort of the place, the beds, the bathrooms. The way we got there had nothing to do with the venue; I would have preferred a check‑in time of 13 h.

I found the price to be high for what the hotel actually delivers.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was plentiful, but if you’re on the ground floor you can hear all the noise from above, the location differs from what’s shown on the platform, and the WhatsApp assistant was down so messages never reached the front desk.

The hotel's location is really convenient, that's for sure. But I noticed that some of the balconies could use a bit of TLC - mine was a bit worn out. Still, it's a great base for exploring, and the staff was friendly.
