We never stayed. We COULD NOT FIND THE "PROPERTY". The cab driver asked people and NO ONE knew of a hotel. We drove back to the airport and spent the night there, paying $85 or so for a NON‑EXISTENT ROOM. Then $193 for the round‑trip cab fare. The experience with BOOKING . COM was very bad. The only thing that would make it acceptable would be to have my $280.00 refunded. NEVER AGAIN WITH BOOKING . COM. You need to check what you’re offering. SCAMS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

The staff were friendly and fixed any problems, but the hotel sits in an alleyway.

The place is right next to the tube station, Tesco, a pizza shop and a car park around the corner; I had to pay for parking, which I didn’t anticipate, yet it was still close to the room. The parking area was hidden from public view and had some questionable smells, but that isn’t the apartments’ fault. The bed was on wheels and shifted a bit while I slept. I got tea but no coffee, which is a minor nitpick. The TV didn’t really work, so I didn’t spend much time watching it or staying in the room. Overall a good stay for anyone visiting London.
