The space was roomy and the bed comfortable, but some kitchen items were missing, the shower base needed better cleaning, the kitchen table was very drafty, and the Jacuzzi had a bad smell after turning it on.

The location and the type of property were good, but the pool was dirty, the sun loungers were broken, the water treatment was sloppy, a man came and told us to leave without explaining anything behind, the place smelled too much of bleach, the swimsuits were too damaged, the water pH wasn't raised before adding the product, and we ended up with red eyes and skin.

The location was pretty but isolated. Check‑in was a hassle, and the main units/rooms are connected so sound and voices travel between them.

Everything was great, the place was excellent and fully equipped. The only downside was that there were no towels at all. When I called for help, after choosing Spanish, the staff only spoke Portuguese. It was hard to get through, and we stayed towel‑less all night until the next morning when we could shower before checking out.
