A hotel where everything is right, the room is great, breakfast is good, afternoon snacks and dinner are super tasty. The staff were very friendly, attentive and everything was handled promptly. For me personally there were too many dogs in the hotel.

Quiet, well-maintained hotel, very tasty food, and a great breakfast buffet. Some items are quite old and could use an upgrade.

Breakfast was tasty, the rolls and bread were good. Afternoon cakes and pastries were very delicious. Dinner was also tasty, though sometimes not hot enough. Overall, everything was fine. There was a construction site in front of the hotel, so it was a bit noisy in the mornings if you still wanted to sleep, but no complaints—there’s nothing you can do about that.

Kaisers Tanne gives a truly unique and inclusive experience. From breakfast to dinner everything is arranged so guests feel at home and even better. The pool and wellness area are very well equipped. The hotel is comfortable on every level. Its location makes it convenient for exploring the region and easy hiking nearby. The place is dog‑friendly, which is great, and the staff’s attentiveness is fantastic. I didn’t speak German, so I would have liked to communicate with the staff in English; the language barrier was the only weak point.
