The bathroom does not drain. It’s either clogged or closed.

We really liked the hotel. Overall, the stay left us with very good impressions. The staff were polite and responsive, always helping and giving advice. At our request, housekeeping cleaned the room daily. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfasts were very varied, hearty, and tasty. The room itself was very clean and cozy. The bathroom had all the necessary items. The mattresses were comfortable, the linens and towels were clean and looked new. I especially want to point out the good soundproofing – the room was quiet and comfortable. Elevators arrived quickly, which was also pleasant. Minor drawbacks: our room lacked a minibar, tea and coffee making supplies, and hotel robes. It would be great to add those to the rooms. The only thing that really spoiled the experience was the situation at the pool and the interaction with the staff member on duty. My friend and I went to the pool, not knowing that swimming was only allowed with caps. We weren’t warned about this at check‑in, and we didn’t see any relevant information in the room. We also didn’t notice a warning about mandatory caps at the pool entrance. We’ve stayed in many hotels before and this was the first time we encountered such a requirement for a regular hotel pool, so we simply couldn’t know about it in advance. When we arrived, there was no staff at the entrance. We were there for about 15 minutes, then went swimming. The pool itself, by the way, we really liked: big, clean, pleasant, and after lunch there were a few people. However, almost immediately after we started swimming, a staff member approached us in a rather rude manner and demanded that we leave the pool immediately because we didn’t have caps. We explained that we didn’t know about the rule and that no one had warned us, but the staff member replied that it was an “obviously known fact” and kept standing next to us until we left the water. When we asked what we should do now, he told us to go back to our room, get the shower caps, and return.

Breakfast could have been better.

The staff at reception, breakfast, and room size were good. The water in the shower pulsed between hot and cold.
