This place is a real dump, but somehow it's kind of charming. The decor's a bit tacky, and the furniture's old, but it's got a certain je ne sais quoi. The staff's friendly, but it's clear they're not getting paid much.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was a disaster from the start. The front desk staff were completely incompetent and seemed to be more interested in chatting with each other than helping us. We were left standing there for ages, and when we finally got checked in, it was a hassle to get our room key. Needless to say, we won't be back.

The staff at this hotel are absolute angels - they're so friendly and helpful, it's like they're trying to make up for the hotel's shortcomings. Our room was small, but it was spotless and had everything we needed. The only problem is, the hotel's still in the process of being built, so there's not much to see or do around here yet.
