The location and staff were good. I just wish the value matched the price I paid.

“Razoável”

The air conditioning was great, and the Grigorovski bar was a highlight. The downside was that room 3 was on the third floor with no elevator.

The outdoor pool area was very pleasant. The room lacked soundproofing and the mattress felt old.

The only thing I appreciated was the polite and friendly staff member who checked us in. Everything else was a disappointment. We arrived around 9 pm and the hotel was tucked down a poorly lit side street in a rough area; graffiti covered all the buildings, and several blocks had smashed windows, making me feel unsafe with my daughter. Our room was on the second floor and the hotel had no lift, so carrying a 25 kg case up steep, windy stairs was not ideal, but I managed. What shocked me was the room’s cleanliness: the bathroom was spotless and new-looking, but the bedroom was disgusting. The bed sheets had stains—white marks on the brown blankets and a yellow spot on the bottom sheet—and the beds were uncomfortable, with visible springs. My daughter was mortified by the lack of clean bedding and slept on top of the sheets in her clothes. We tried to go straight to bed, checked out early, and left. Not having clean bedding in a hotel is unacceptable, especially for a cheap stay.

Close to the beach, first‑class accessibility, and many shops nearby. Very convenient for a beach vacation.
