Clean, well lit, pet friendly, great breakfast; the beds weren’t comfortable, a lady was screaming, and the grass in the pet area would be nice.

The property was beautiful and the location is perfect; the bed was extremely hard, feeling like we were laying on one huge block.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the location was great close to everything we wanted to do; the first room we were assigned had lights that didn’t work, we told the front desk and they moved us to the next room, but the A/C didn’t work properly there, the fan for the A/C would stick, we didn’t want to change rooms again because we had already moved once, so we dealt with it, I informed the front desk after we checked out, we also felt it was wrong to charge for parking when it was the hotel’s personal lot, and the lady on night shift at the desk was not the friendliest either.

“Overall awesome location had a awesome time.”

The location was great and the pool was nice, but during our 3‑day, 2‑night stay the room never got cleaned and we had to keep asking the front desk for towels and shampoo. The trash was overflowing too.

“Terrible room.”

The shower door opened on the opposite side of the faucet, making it hard to turn on the water, and the sliding door into the bathroom had no handle inside, so it was heavy to open. The office chair at the desk was broken and the beds were too high, which made getting on them difficult. I asked for a handicap‑accessible room and was told there were only two, so I struggled with the stairs and ended up staying in that uncomfortable room while my husband walked outside. The bed platform had a broken corner, and the juice from the breakfast machine was nasty, watered down, and didn’t taste like juice at all. I was very disappointed. I didn’t like the entire room, the mattresses, or the bathroom.
