“Bad to Worst Experience.”

I booked a JIG but was sent to Premier Guest House instead, which had no ventilation and the worst bed I’ve ever seen; I couldn’t relax even for a minute. The house was suffocating and full of mosquitoes.

“I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.”

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel: the air conditioning was broken, and when I offered to pay extra for another room, they said there was an electricity problem. I only stayed about five hours and couldn't sleep comfortably. Later, around 2:00 AM, my flight was delayed, so I called to ask if I could return to the room I’d booked that night. They told me the room had already been given to another guest, even though I had paid for the whole night, meaning they effectively earned money twice for the same room that night. I find this extremely unprofessional and unfair.
