The staff were friendly, but I struggled to get into room #10 because the door handle was broken and the first key card wouldn’t open it; a second card worked, yet the staff had to unlock it twice for me. The air‑conditioning was faulty, so they installed a small unit that had to run at the lowest setting of 61°F to feel any cool air, and it was fixed to a window hose that prevented me from moving it. The room lacked towels and washcloths, and I found cookie or cracker crumbs on the sheets and the toilet wasn’t cleaned; a paper band was on the seat but the area behind it was dirty. The microwave was also dirty with food particles. On the bright side, the A/C wall unit worked, towels and washcloths were provided, the toilet was cleaned, but the cable TV had very few channels and wasn’t worth watching.

We were charged 138€ for the room after we had already paid and checked in. They offered alternatives that didn’t work, didn’t reply to emails, and the room was unclean. I don’t recommend this place and hope to get a refund.

The location is convenient with nearby stores and restaurants, but the area is full of homeless people. The room was filthy: hair clippings around the toilet rim, dirty shoe prints on the bathroom floor, live flies in the room and dead ones in the sink and window, a snot‑like residue between the bed and nightstand, gaps around the entry door, and cars parked in front of the rooms that released exhaust fumes when turned on. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, pillows were very thin, and overall this was the worst motel I’ve stayed at.

The price and location were good, but one sheet was stained and the TV wouldn’t work; management tried to fix it but failed. An electrical socket was tucked into the corner of the room. A long‑term tenant shouted for 40 minutes, and one of the beds was broken. We were checked in by another tenant because the managers were out; she tried to add $42 to our bill. Despite all that, we would stay again because the extremely low rate let us afford a nice dinner outside.
