“Ottima struttura, specialmente per chi si trattiene per diversi giorni.”
The modern building has plenty of space, well finished with high‑quality modern appliances, especially the living‑room/kitchen area, and the shower area was also beautiful and spacious. The view from the living area at day and night was stunning: one side the sea, the other the mountains. The balcony was very functional, even for hanging laundry. Ezio, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. We also got to meet Luciano’s dad (a truly wonderful person) and the excellent Angelica, who keeps the environment clean. A few meters away is a supermarket with delicious croissants, jam filled for 1€, and a few hundred meters away is a really great artisanal gelato shop. The only downside is that the breakfast product variety could be greater.

Nothing special! Breakfast was included in the price but I never saw it.
Ezio welcomed us with a very friendly and courteous attitude. The room was great and the balcony offered a beautiful view. It was very clean and welcoming, and the bathroom was fabulous.

The new building has ample clean space, a huge shower, a friendly hostess, air‑conditioning, and well‑managed common areas in a quiet, silent zone. The shower has a fantastic seat, and the apartment is newly renovated.
The owner is very kind and the cleaning is excellent.
