Located close to the ferry and the island was quiet. A fridge and kettle are available for guests outside the room door. The host was helpful and arranged for her son to escort us to the mainland early in the morning for an organized tour. The room is very small and hot, making sleep uncomfortable because the air‑conditioning didn’t work. The rooftop is nice but needs cleaning, and you must request the water pressure be turned on to shower.

I stayed in a very friendly family house, perfectly positioned on the island and close to the ferry to Assuan city. Hashem cooked great meals on request, and the breakfast was plentiful and generous. The terrace was stunning, but a mosquito net would have made everything perfect.

I really enjoyed my time at this Elephantine Island property. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything needed for a fantastic stay. The rooftop terrace offered a breathtaking view of the city and the Nile. The family was very kind, and I wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you for the warm welcome.

Hala is very lovely and attentive, and the breakfast is delicious.

Everything was great. Heba is an amazing host who makes very tasty breakfasts. I would stay with her again! The only downside was the lack of wifi.
