“Honestly I didn"t have much expectation about this hotel but I do find it comfortable except for lif”

The breakfast was solid, especially the telur masak separuh that was already cooked and boiled exactly how I like it. The mattress felt comfortable, but the nasi dagang was just average, so I’d prefer something better. The lift in the building I stayed in was unreliable, especially when going down, which was quite stressful since I was a conference speaker with early morning talks on both days; I hope the hotel addresses this issue soon.

The room was spacious, clean, and looked new, yet the whole place smelled like an old hotel. The receptionists seemed untrained, failing to explain where the elevator was; when they noticed us wandering around, they didn’t bother to help us find it.

The location is great, the lobby is cosy, and the staff are friendly, but the facilities feel old. The carpets on the fourth floor smell, the wall in room 4019 is mouldy, the gym equipment is dated and rusted, there are only a few seats for breakfast, and the elevator switches need repair.
