After booking, the host Lyzat reached out right away and confirmed everything. We had a late check‑in, and Lyzat had a delicious pilaf ready for dinner. We stayed just one night and loved it. The location is close to the center.

The guesthouse is super cool. It’s very chill, very quiet, and it feels like family – really pleasant. Breakfast and dinner were delicious; I enjoyed them every day. We truly feel at home here. I had booked only one night, but I was so happy I added three more nights. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll go straight back here! Thanks for everything!

One of the highlights of the trip in Turkestan, alongside visits to ancient citadels, mausoleums, caravanserais, and bazaars, was staying at the guesthouse. It offered an authentic home experience and a glimpse into everyday Kazakh life with fellow travelers and Lazzat’s family. If you want a genuine experience beyond typical tourist spots, this is the place. It felt like a home away from home. I hope this shows up on Google Maps.

Lazzat has turned her home into a wonderful place for guests, and I enjoyed every moment. From an early breakfast to a tasty dinner, everything she does is made with love and care, making you feel at home. She’s curious about where guests come from and where they’re headed, and communication via Google Translate never stops the laughter and exchange. Expect lots of tea and a warm welcome.
