Nothing resembles a hotel; the bed smelled, the room was smaller than pictured with no TV, no AC, no wardrobe, no chair, and the glass had no water—worst hotel ever. I can’t understand how anyone gives it 7+ stars; it really deserves a 1. In the morning the breakfast was just a single dosa, and when I asked for more they said I’d have to pay. The lift didn’t work. I would not recommend this place and urge it to close permanently.

“Worst experience, i suggest you all not to prefer this hotel at all, not even worth for 500rs.”

I booked a room with breakfast, but the staff said there was no breakfast available. When I reminded them I had paid for it, they offered a plain dosa at 9.30am because the cook only arrives at 9.00am. The rooms were filthy: walls had stains, water seepage marks, and dampness on the doors; they hadn’t been cleaned. There were many cockroaches, and even after I reported it the staff ignored my requests. Every TV was broken and no remote was provided. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and unwashed, and the hotel staff made a lot of noise inside the room.

This hotel is a scam that doesn't give valid details; it lures people with a cheap price and free cancellation, then demands card details. The staff quality is poor.
