“A little nature getaway near it all in Arnhem”

The landscaping gave a quiet, in-the-woods vibe even though it’s a mobile home park, and having parking right next to the house made unpacking a breeze—plus all the amenities were ready to use. The staff were warm, the bikes for rent were tidy, and the home itself was lovely; I can’t overstate how great this spot is for a weekend escape close to Arnhem. The zoo, open-air museum, Kröller‑Müller museum, national park, and downtown are all nearby, so this place is practically unbeatable. The streets are a bit narrow and the houses a touch close, but that shouldn’t stop you. The park is clean and easy to stroll, and when you’re at your property you can truly forget about neighbors thanks to the well‑thought‑out landscaping.

The location was nice and quiet, the chalet had all the basics, and it was good value for money. However, a mouse appeared under the kitchen after a week. We called the emergency number from Europarcs, they said they'd call back but never did. The next day we went to reception, they promised someone would look at it, but two days later we saw the mouse again, so nothing was done.

“Sehr enttäuschend, mitunter gefährlich für Kleinkinder.”

The location was good and fairly convenient, but the cleanliness of the unit and the pool area was lacking, the beds were uncomfortable, and the rules were very strict. Check‑in was extremely short, only from 16:00 to 17:00, and check‑out had to be between 9:00 and 10:00. Staff response was slow, and a complaint took three weeks to be processed.

“Oké verblijf voor het geld, maar verwacht niks bijzonders.”

The house was pretty, fairly new, and had an air‑con, which was very pleasant. The mattress was good. The fridge didn’t work, and the sofa and bed had terribly soft cushions that made you sink completely. The fire extinguisher hanging in the house had a meter in red. The equipment isn’t checked very often.
