We did not stay.Arrived early 16.30. The place looked dirty there were lots of flies. And several dogs Barking wildly. My wife refused to stay. We booked Elsewhere in Foix which was excellent. M

Les chambres d'Agath'ânes in Ganac is a recently renovated country house in a historic building. The property features a sun terrace, beautiful garden, and free WiFi. A continental buffet breakfast and free on-site parking are offered, near Foix Castle and skiing and hiking activities.

The breakfast was great, the welcome warm, and there were plenty of animals around; the room was large, quiet, and comfortable. Nothing to complain about.

The accommodation was super comfy and perfectly positioned for exploring the area, the breakfast was good, the welcome was attentive, and the owners were great to chat with.

The reception was very friendly, the house was wonderful, the setting was very quiet and ideal if you like animals, and it’s only 5 minutes from Foix and its magnificent medieval castle; breakfast was good. However, the guest room was closed between 11 h and 17 h (no naps!), there was no air‑conditioning (we arrived in August), and the kitchen was not accessible.
