The room was nice in a nice house, with a big garden full of spots to sit or eat, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, kind hosts, and a perfect spot for exploring Maçin mountain national park.

The cleanliness was exemplary, the view of the mountain was great, it was quiet and nobody disturbed us, there was interior parking with video surveillance, plenty of outdoor space. The only issue was that we weren’t given the AC remote, even though it was hot during the day and suddenly cold at night, which seems to be a common practice to avoid extra energy costs. We didn’t intend to use the outdoor pot, but we saw a sign that it costs 50 lei. I think if you bring your own firewood or coal it shouldn’t cost extra. The price feels a bit high for the area, although the pension is very modern and well-equipped.
