The bathroom was spotless and the water was hot, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast area stayed clean, though the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were empty—something we could have requested to be refilled, so it wasn't a major issue.

The price was very high, and the breakfast was very poor for what we paid; the location was adequate but nothing special, and the service was steady.

The location was great, but the room had a strong bleach smell and housekeeping was blunt; they knocked on the door 30 minutes before checkout to clean even though we had a do‑not‑disturb sign.

Breakfast was okay, but the shower water pressure was weak.

The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable, and it was close to the cruise terminal.
