We stayed at this place for the Galatina Beer Festival, renting three rooms for two days and paying a price that was far from cheap. Because of that we expected a service at least up to the price, but unfortunately it was the exact opposite. The main issue was the electrical system. The owner told us that the meter was only 3 kW, clearly insufficient for a property with multiple rooms and air‑conditioners. As a result, it was practically impossible to use the air‑conditioners simultaneously without tripping the meter. The situation was made even more absurd by the fact that hot water depended on a single water heater installed in one of the three rooms we rented. To take a shower we had to keep turning the heater on and off, making sure not to use other electrical appliances to avoid another blackout. The rooms also had induction cooktops that were basically unusable: just try to turn them on and the current would trip again. This caused significant inconvenience, especially because we were traveling with a small child and couldn’t even warm his milk or prepare a simple meal without fearing another power outage. Adding to the misery was the owner’s attitude. Every time we reported the ongoing problems or asked for explanations, she addressed us in an unfriendly, brusque, and unwelcoming manner. Instead of trying to solve the problems or accommodate us, she seemed almost annoyed by our requests, even though we were simply asking to use the essential services we had paid for. The breakfast was also disappointing.
