I was really impressed with the staff here - they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I'm so glad I chose this hotel.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, but the location was a bit of a letdown - it's pretty isolated, to be honest. Still, if you're just looking for a place to crash, it's fine.

The bath was amazing, and I loved that the staff were willing to indulge my silly request to take a quick dip before dinner. Unfortunately, things didn't quite go as smoothly as that. We got charged again for the hot spring fee when we checked out early, which was annoying. The staff seemed to be a bit disorganized, and we had to wait around for ages to pick up our key when we got back from a night out. To make matters worse, when we complained, they just made up some dodgy excuse.

“もう泊まりたくない”

I really liked the vibe of the staff here, and the hot spring was great too. Unfortunately, things got a bit messy with the billing - they said I'd been overcharged, but then a few days later they told me I still hadn't paid. It was a bit frustrating, and I didn't leave feeling too happy.

“楽しかった”

It was a great touch that they had a special dog bath at the entrance where I could wash my pup's paws after a walk. And the towels they provided were a lovely bonus. The only downside was that they didn't have any other amenities.
